Caffeinated Conversations

Join the “Caffeinated Conversations” series hosted by the Northwest Michigan Arts & Culture Network. These engaging sessions start with a networking coffee, followed by discussions on varying topics shaped by feedback from our members. What Can a Culture Network do for Me?

Join the us for a focused networking and roundtable event tailored for nonprofit arts professionals. Begin the morning with a 30-minute coffee session to network with colleagues and meet our incoming Executive Director, Troy DeShano. This will lead into a one-hour discussion themed “What can a culture network do for me?” The goal is to collect insights on how the Network can effectively support its members throughout the Little Traverse Region. Facilitated by Cindy McSurely, a seasoned nonprofit consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in our region's arts and culture sector, this session promises valuable insights for effective leadership. Each member organization may send two participants, so please register promptly to secure your spots.

  • This session is intended for pairs (ED’s and board members) to attend together.
  • This event is open to ALL orgs in the sector. Membership is not a prerequisite.
