AuSable Artisan Village is proud to present the annual international art exhibition 2026 Great Northern Art Explosion. Offering $8,000 in Awards. The 2026 juried show will be held at AuSable Artisan Village Performing Arts Center in downtown Grayling. We are seeking artworks from artists in all styles and mediums, with no specific theme.

The show will run from the opening reception on August 21, 2026, through the award ceremony on September 6, 2026. The deadline for submission is July 19, 2026, midnight Eastern Daylight Time.  

Juror: A professional juror will review artwork for inclusion in the exhibit based upon technical skill, creativity, composition, and/or other requirements; such as, criteria established in the prospectus or selection of a body of work that will constitute a cohesive group of artwork. The juror will review all artworks in the exhibit and will be evaluated to determine which ones shall receive special recognition by ranking higher than the others.
