Phyllis Olson Juried Art fair is in its 58th year of showcasing fine artists in conjunction with the Cadillac Festival of the Arts which hosts children's art experiences, cottage food artisans and crafters, food trucks, non-profit food vendors and live music in the Cadillac Commons.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Important Dates 2026 Phyllis Olson Juried Art Show
November 1, 2025 – Jury Application Opens on Zapplication.com
November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 - Early Bird Jury Applications will be $25
January 1, 2026 – March 12, 2026 – Jury Applications will be $30
March 12, 2026 – Jury Application Deadline – Jury Fees are NOT refundable
March 13, 2026 – Late Jury Application Fee of $50 will be applied AFTER March 12th, through upnorthartsinc.com only (Contact show coordinator) artfair@upnorthartsinc.com
March 14-16, 2026 – Jury Process
April 1, 2026  or Before – Jury Notification Results sent to artists
May 1, 2026 – Booth Invitation Acceptance & Payment Deadline (BOOTH FEE $160)
May 2, 2026 – Late Booth Fee will be $185 if paid after May 1st - Will be required to purchase booth fee through our website
If Booth Fee Invitation is not accepted, paid and you haven't contacted us by May 1st we will assume you do not want to participate and move to the waitlist. This may prevent you from being considered for future shows.
June 1, 2026 – Cancellation Deadline (1/2 Booth Fee Refund) After June 1st, there are no refunds.
July 16, 2026 – Artists may begin setting up at noon. Check in before 5. MUST check in at information booth first.  May also begin selling, however booth MUST be checked by Coordinator first.
J­­uly 17, 2026 – Booth MUST be set up by 12pm noon on Friday.  If you set up earlier, you may open and begin selling, however booth MUST be checked by Coordinator first.  Coordinator will check new artists' booths beginning at noon (or earlier if you want to sell) and remove artists if  necessary if work does not comply with submission standards and integrity of show. Jury and Booth Fees will NOT be refunded.  Artist(s) must pack up and leave park immediately if directed to leave. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet our standards of participation or told last year not to apply this year, to avoid being removed.  If you are a representative of a large or small scale, or nonprofit production facility and resell work not actually all made by you personally, please do not apply.  If YOU didn't actually make the product you have for sale, do not apply to this show.
