State Of The State Cover ContestMichigan’s K-12 students are challenged to come up with a creative design for the 2022 State of the State address program cover following the theme “Why do you believe in Michigan?” Students should be as creative as possible and are welcome to use crayon, marker, paint, or any other material. Love Language is a group exhibit exploring the theme of Love in all of its forms. How do we show our love and how do we best receive it? Forms of love can be shown romantically, familial love, parent & child or deep friendship. AAM Assessment AssistanceThe American Alliance of Museums Museum Assessment Program (MAP) can help museums chart a path for Collections Stewardship. This assessment focuses on practical, ethical, and strategic collections issues and activities related to the care and management of a museum’s collections per professional practices and standards. The results will help museums increase knowledge, recognize and mitigate risk, prioritize long-term collections stewardship issues, gain physical and intellectual control of the collections, and write policies and plans.
