Inspiring Generations: A Tribute to Betty Adgate

This exhibition honors the life and legacy of beloved Boyne City artist and educator Betty Adgate. The show features select works by Betty alongside interpretations created by Boyne City Elementary 4th-grade students, who studied one of her paintings under the guidance of art teacher Kayla Fineout. BAC artists Cydney Steeb, Carol Ross, and curator Alice Schaub supported the project with in-class demonstrations and mentorship. Together, these works celebrate an artist whose teaching and creativity continue to inspire new generations.
