Artist-In-Residence Talk: Ana Kapodistria

The Glen Arbor Arts Center continues its 2024 artist’s residencies with Canadian photographer Ana Kapodistria. She will use her time to continue work on a project of time-release photographic images. Kapodistria will talk about her project during a public presentation September 5, 10 am. The presentation is free. Through time-release photography, Kapodistria inserts herself into images of the landscape – “physically demanding performances,” she said. “My artistic research currently surrounds metamorphoses and transformation in the mythology of goddess archetypes posited aside human systems that observe cycles.”
